Aztec tattoos

The Aztec tattoos Empire by Spain the Aztecs were building a written language. These are the topics that have been translated for sure; the Aztec numbering system, and the Aztec calendar system. However, even some of the calendar uses aren’t completely clear. In addition, the Aztec people had a very complex military system with warrior ranking that is and maybe never will be completely clear to us.  We know that the Jaguar and Eagle were considered high ranking among the warriors.

Aztec tattoo designs offer men and women some of the most creative tattoo designs available in the world. There are several different Aztec symbols that are used in Aztec tattoo designs. Aztec symbols such as the Aztec sun, warrior, and calendar are all used in such tattoos. The Aztecs would tattoo these same symbols on members of the tribe, only suring sacred rituals. Just like other tribes across the world, the Aztecs would receive tattoos for special accomplishments and to distinguish one tribe from the other.

The origin of the Aztec tattoo is in Mexico. The Aztec civilization was dominant in central Mexico from the 14th to 16th century. Spanish colonizers are said to be the destroyers of this civilization. It is however very difficult to say whether today's Mexicans derive their ancestry from the Aztecs. Aztecs have great mythology, which is where Aztec tattoos and their meanings come from. In other words, the tattoo designs draw their inspiration from the different aspects of the Aztec culture.
